About us

Daily Waves is a daily-deals fashion shop selling low-price fashion accessories, bags and basics online. The website is operated by RATNAMANI E SHOP PRIVATE LIMITED, Navi Mumbai. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Orders

An order is confirmed only after your payment is verified. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock or the price shown was clearly wrong; any amount paid is then refunded in full.

Pricing, deals and flash hours

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include taxes. Daily deals and flash prices are valid only for the time shown. The final price is worked out on our server at checkout; if a flash period ends before you pay, the new total is shown before you confirm.

Refer a friend and promotions

Each Fashion Credits customer can get a personal referral code. A friend who uses it gets ₹50 off a first order of ₹299 or more (one referral per mobile number; you cannot use your own code). After the friend's payment is confirmed, ₹50 is added to the referrer's credits token, for up to 20 friends. Referral rewards are promotional credits for this website only, not cash, and are not refundable. Only one promotion (a bundle offer or a referral code) applies per order.

Fashion credits

Fashion credits are bought for any amount from ₹10 to ₹5,000 and issued as a token code shown on screen after payment (you can copy it or save it as a file). Keep it safe: anyone with the code can use the balance.

Top-ups of ₹500 or more receive bonus credit (3%, 5% or 8%, up to ₹500). Orders paid with credits get an extra 5% off merchandise (up to ₹50).

Credits are valid for 90 days, can be used in part or in full, are not cash, and cannot be withdrawn or transferred to a bank account.

Bonus credit and credit discounts are promotional and not refundable; a refund covers only the unused amount you actually paid. Credits can be used only on this website.

Payment

Payments are made by UPI QR through our payment partner. We never ask for your UPI PIN, card or bank details.

Delivery

Delivery is free on every order. Delivery times depend on your PIN code and are shared after the order is confirmed.
